QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Interested parties to email digital copy of quotation and all requested documents / information below to procurement@bdfa.gov.bn, with the subject heading “BDFA/Q/0018/2025 Quotation for Supply and Delivery of Food Sampling & Inspection Consumables and Cool Boxes” not later than 10:00AM local time on Monday, 15th December 2025. Late submissions will not be considered and failure to provide all documents / information requested may result in disqualification.

    5. Authorized staff (Full name as per Identification card (IC), IC number, designation and contact number) as focal point to BDFA.
    6. Declare if there are any personnel in your company whom has direct relation to any of the BDFA’s employee.
