REQUEST QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ATTENDANCE SYSTEM

The requirements of the Attendance System are as below:

  2. CAPACITY : 200 – 1000 users, face ID, fingerprint.
  3. STORAGE : Minimum 1GB.
  4. LANGUAGE : English and Malay (Optional)
  5. PREFERRED FEATURES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) :
    • Support manual data extraction via USB flash drive.
    • Live Face Detection.
    • Touch Screen Display.
    • Have the ability to integrate to server (on premise/cloud), system and door access lock if needs.
    • Face verification accuracy more than 95.8%.
    • Face Comparison speed is less than 0.2 seconds per person.
    • Waterproof, Dustproof and Vandal Proof.
  6. WARRANTY : Minimum 1 year.
  7. SPECIFICATION SHEETS OR BROCHURES : Vendor shall provide specification sheets or brochures for the makes/models quoted.

QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested parties to provide digital copy of all documents / information requested below and email to procurement@bdfa.gov.bn not later than 2.00PM local time on Monday , 4th December 2023 Monday, 18th December 2023 (extended) . Late submissions will not be considered and failure to provide all documents / information requested may result in disqualification.

  1. Quotation (including price validity).

  2. Completed Annex A: Specifications and Compliance Sheet downloadable here together with the specification sheets or brochures for the makes/models quoted
  3. Company’s Profile / Background / Specialty
  4. The owners, partners or shareholders names and copy of their identity card.
  5. Copy of Business Registration Certificate
  6. Authorized staff (Full name as per Identification card (IC), IC number, designation and contact number) as focal point to BDFA
  7. Declare if there are any personnel in your company whom has direct relation to any of the BDFA’s employee
  8. Other relevant information, if any.
