REQUEST QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VEST

The requirements of the Vest are as below:

  3. Pockets : Minimum 3 pockets in total, each with a flap that can closed with hook and loop.
  1. 1 right side chest pocket (5.5” width X 6” height) and 2 lower pockets (6” width X 6.5” height) each consists of 3 inner pockets;
  2. 1st inner pocket: 6.7” (depth),
  3. 2nd inner pocket 5.9” (depth) and
  4. 3rd inner pocket 5.5” (depth)

  2. Large = 11 pieces
  3. Extra Large = 1 piece
  4. 2X Large = 7 pieces

  1. BDFA logo embroidered patch (2” width X 5” height with white background) on the front of the vest.
  2. “Brunei Darussalam Food Authority” lettering in white font embroidered on the back of the vest.
  3. 2” reflective material (preferable orange colour) on front and back of the vest.
  4. Woven name label placed inside the back of the vest.
  5. Front zip closure.

QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Interested parties to submit hardcopy of quotation and all requested documents / information in a. to h. below in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BDFA/Q/0006/2024 Quotation for Vest” to our Corporate Office at the address below while the digital copy shall be emailed to procurement@bdfa.gov.bn, with the subject heading “BDFA/Q/0006/2024 Quotation for Vest” not later than 2.00PM local time on Thursday, 9th May 2024. Late submissions will not be considered and failure to provide all documents / information requested may result in disqualification.

    2. Completed Annex A: Specifications and Compliance Sheet downloadable here .
    3. Company’s Profile / Background / Specialty.
    4. The owners, partners or shareholders names and copy of their identity card.
    5. Copy of Business Registration Certificate.
    6. Authorized staff (Full name as per Identification card (IC), IC number, designation and contact number) as focal point to BDFA.
    7. Declare if there are any personnel in your company whom has direct relation to any of the BDFA’s employee.
    8. Other relevant information, if any.
