QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested vendors are required to comply with all the submission requirements stated below. Failure to meet any of the requirements may result in the quotation being deemed noncompliant and subject to disqualification.

- Interested vendors shall submit a digital copy of the quotation together with all required documents and information via email to: vendor.submission@bdfa.gov.bn
- The email subject shall be clearly stated as:
BDFA/Q/0014/2026 – Provision of Event Management Services for World Food Safety Day Community Walkathon. - The submission must be received no later than 5:00 PM (local time) by Friday, 19 June 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

- Vendors shall submit a formal quotation that includes the following details:
- Specifications And Compliance Sheet
- Vendors shall submit a completed Annex A: Specifications and Compliance Sheet (downloadable here) together with relevant specification sheets and/or product brochures for the makes and models quoted.
- Ownership Information
- Vendors shall submit the names of owners, partners, or shareholders, together with a copy of their identity card(s).
- Business Registration
- Vendors shall submit a copy of a valid Business Registration Certificate.
- Declaration Of Relationship (if applicable)
- Vendors shall declare whether there are any personnel within your company who have a direct relationship with any employee of BDFA.
