Job brief

The Brunei Darussalam Food Authority (BDFA) is looking to fill the role of Corporate Relations Executive which plays a dual role in supporting corporate partnerships and creating engaging media content that enhances relationships with stakeholders. This position involves coordinating communication with corporate partners, assisting with creative projects, and contributing to campaigns that align with BDFA’s strategic goals.

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum A level or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • A portfolio showcasing previous media production or design work is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  1. Corporate Relations
  • Assist in managing relationships with corporate partners to ensure engagement and alignment with BDFA’s objectives.
  • Research potential corporate sponsors and provide detailed insights to the Corporate Relations Manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date databases of corporate partners, agreements, and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics for partner meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Liaise with relevant departments in addressing public concerns or complaints.
  1. Creative Media
  • Design and develop media content (graphics, videos, and presentations) for corporate communication and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create tailored materials that resonate with corporate stakeholders.
  • Manage social media accounts and digital platforms to highlight corporate partnerships and initiatives.
  • Support video production, photography, and graphic design for events, sponsorships, and campaigns.
  1. Event and Campaign Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate engagement events, including sponsorship activations and fundraising campaigns.
  • Create promotional materials and digital assets to support events and initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing feedback for improvement.
  1. Confidentiality & Discretion
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
