QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested companies are required to comply with all the submission requirements stated below. Failure to meet any of the requirements may result in the quotation being deemed non-compliant and subject to disqualification. 

  1. Method of Submission

    • Interested vendors shall submit a digital copy of the quotation together with all required documents and information via email to: procurement@bdfa.gov.bn 
    • The email subject shall be clearly stated as:
      BDFA/Q/0002/2026 – To Supply, Install and Delivery Office Furniture for BDFA Office in Kuala Belait
    • The submission must be received no later than 5:00 PM (local time) by Thursday, 19 February 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
  2. Quotation
    • Vendors shall submit a formal quotation that includes the following details: 
      • Contact person’s name 
      • Contact number 
      • Contact email address 
      • Price validity period 
      • The quotation shall be addressed to

  3. Specifications And Compliance Sheet
    • Vendors shall submit a completed Annex A: Specifications and Compliance Sheet (downloadable here) together with relevant specification sheets and/or product brochures for the makes and models quoted.
  4. Design & Picture
    • Vendors shall provide clear design & picture for each item quoted
  5. Ownership Information
    • Vendors shall submit the names of owners, partners, or shareholders, together with a copy of their identity card(s).
  6. Business Registration
    • Vendors shall submit a copy of a valid Business Registration Certificate.
  7. Declaration Of Relationship (if applicable)
    • Vendors shall declare whether there are any personnel within your company who have a direct relationship with any employee of BDFA.
