The Brunei Darussalam Food Authority (BDFA) and the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) took an important step in their partnership by signing a Memorandum of\u00a0Understanding (MoU) today, 20 Nov 2024, in Singapore. The MoU aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation in food safety that will enhance the protection of consumer health and safety.<\/p>\n

The partnership was signed by BDFA CEO, Dr Hjh Anie Haryani binti Hj Abdul Rahman and SFA CEO, Mr Damian Chan, witnessed by Hjh Tutiaty binti Hj Abd Wahab, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. The signing took place following the 4th Food Supply Working Group Meeting between Brunei and Singapore during the Singapore International Agri-Food Week that is held from 18 to 22 Nov 2024.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
