Mode of Training: Instructor-led (Lecture & Activity-Based)
Estimated Training Month: January 2026 or Early February 2026
Training Duration: Two (2) – Three (3) Days
Training Days and Time: Preferred during working days and working hours
Expected No. of Participants: 15 – 20 pax
Refreshment: Included (Breakfast, Lunch & Hi-Tea)

Vendor Proposal Should Include:

NOTE:
- Trainer Expenses: All travel, accommodation, and insurance costs are to be borne by the Training Provider.
- Post-Session Refreshments: Will not be provided by BDFA.
- Local Transportation (International Vendors Only): Daily transport between accommodation and venue will be provided by BDFA (maximum three trainers). Airport transfers are excluded.

QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Interested parties to email digital copy of quotation and all requested documents / information below to procurement@bdfa.gov.bn, with the subject heading “BDFA/Q/0019/2025 Quotation for Provision of BDFA Leadership Training” not later than 5:00PM local time on Wednesday, 31st December 2025. Late submissions will not be considered and failure to provide all documents / information requested may result in disqualification.

- Completed Annex A: Specifications and Compliance Sheet downloadable here together with the specification sheets or brochures for the makes/models quoted.
- The owners, partners or shareholders names and copy of their identity card.
- Copy of Business Registration Certificate.
- Authorized staff (Full name as per Identification card (IC), IC number, designation and contact number) as focal point to BDFA.
- Declare if there are any personnel in your company whom has direct relation to any of the BDFA’s employee.
