REQUEST QUOTATION PROVISION OF EMPLOYEE WORKMEN COMPENSATION FOR BRUNEI DARUSSALAM FOOD AUTHORITY (BDFA)

The requirements are as below:

    8. In the event an employee resigns within the insured period, the remaining premium shall be handled as follows (subject to the insurance provider’s policy terms and conditions):
      • Refunded or
      • Calculated on a prorated basis or
      • Transferred / substituted to cover a newly hired employee.
    9. Additional Coverage:
      • Coverage may be extended to include up to an additional 24 employees, bringing the total coverage ceiling to 118 employees. The additional coverage shall be charged at the same fixed rate and shall remain valid for one (1) year from the quotation date.

QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Interested parties to email digital copy of quotation and all requested documents / information below to procurement@bdfa.gov.bn, with the subject heading “BDFA/Q/0014/2025 Quotation for Provision of Employee Workmen Compensation for Brunei Darussalam Food Authority (BDFA)” not later than 5:00PM local time on Friday, 31st October 2025. Late submissions will not be considered and failure to provide all documents / information requested may result in disqualification.

    2. Completed Annex A: Specifications and Compliance Sheet downloadable here together with the specification sheets or brochures for the makes/models quoted.
    3. The owners, partners or shareholders names and copy of their identity card.
    4. Copy of Business Registration Certificate.
    5. Authorized staff (Full name as per Identification card (IC), IC number, designation and contact number) as focal point to BDFA.
    6. Declare if there are any personnel in your company whom has direct relation to any of the BDFA’s employee.
