REQUEST QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PORTABLE PA SYSTEM

The requirements of the Portable PA System are as below:

QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Interested parties to submit hardcopy of quotation and all requested documents / information in a. to h. below in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BDFA/Q/0005/2024 Quotation for Portable PA System” to our Corporate Office at the address as per a. below while the digital copy shall be emailed to procurement@bdfa.gov.bn, with the subject heading “BDFA/Q/0005/2024 Quotation for Portable PA System” not later than 12.00PM local time on Monday, 1st April 2024. Late submissions will not be considered and failure to provide all documents / information requested may result in disqualification.

    2. Completed Annex A: Specifications and Compliance Sheet downloadable here along with products catalogues/brochures or pictures
    3. Company’s Profile / Background / Specialty
    4. The owners, partners or shareholders names and copy of their identity card.
    5. Copy of Business Registration Certificate
    6. Authorized staff (Full name as per Identification card (IC), IC number, designation and contact number) as focal point to BDFA
    7. Declare if there are any personnel in your company whom has direct relation to any of the BDFA’s employee
    8. Other relevant information, if any.
